Matt.1.18Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit.
Matt.1.20But as he considered these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not fear to take Mary as your wife, for that which is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.
Matt.1.22All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet:
Matt.1.24When Joseph woke from sleep, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded him: he took his wife,
Matt.2.13Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Rise, take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt, and remain there until I tell you, for Herod is about to search for the child, to destroy him.”
Matt.2.14And he rose and took the child and his mother by night and departed to Egypt
Matt.2.20saying, “Rise, take the child and his mother and go to the land of Israel, for those who sought the child’s life are dead.”
Matt.2.21And he rose and took the child and his mother and went to the land of Israel.
Matt.4.5Then the devil took him to the holy city and set him on the pinnacle of the temple
Matt.4.8Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory.
Matt.5.34But I say to you, Do not take an oath at all, either by heaven, for it is the throne of God,
Matt.5.36And do not take an oath by your head, for you cannot make one hair white or black.
Matt.5.40And if anyone would sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well.
Matt.7.4Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye?
Matt.7.5You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.
Matt.8.17This was to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah: “He took our illnesses and bore our diseases.”
Matt.9.2And behold, some people brought to him a paralytic, lying on a bed. And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Take heart, my son; your sins are forgiven.”
Matt.9.15And Jesus said to them, “Can the wedding guests mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them? The days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast.
Matt.9.22Jesus turned, and seeing her he said, “Take heart, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And instantly the woman was made well.
Matt.9.25But when the crowd had been put outside, he went in and took her by the hand, and the girl arose.
Matt.10.38And whoever does not take his cross and me is not worthy of me.
Matt.11.12From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the violent take it by force.
Matt.11.29Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
Matt.12.11He said to them, “Which one of you who has a sheep, if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will not take hold of it and lift it out?
Matt.13.12For to the one who has, more will be given, and he will have an abundance, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.
Matt.13.31He put another parable before them, saying, “The kingdom of heaven is a grain of mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his field.
Matt.13.33He told them another parable. “The kingdom of heaven is leaven that a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, till it was all leavened.”
Matt.13.57And they took offense at him. But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and in his own household.”
Matt.14.12And his disciples came and took the body and buried it, and they went and told Jesus.
Matt.14.19Then he ordered the crowds to sit down on the grass, and taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven and said a blessing. Then he broke the loaves and gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds.
Matt.14.20And they all ate and were satisfied. And they took up twelve baskets full of the broken pieces left over.
Matt.14.27But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid.”
Matt.14.31Jesus immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him, saying to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”
Matt.15.26And he answered, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”
Matt.15.36he took the seven loaves and the fish, and having given thanks he broke them and gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds.
Matt.15.37And they all ate and were satisfied. And they took up seven baskets full of the broken pieces left over.
Matt.16.22And Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him, saying, “Far be it from you, Lord! This shall never happen to you.”
Matt.16.24Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and me.
Matt.17.1And after six days Jesus took with him Peter and James, and John his brother, and led them up a high mountain by themselves.
Matt.17.25He said, “Yes.” And when he came into the house, Jesus spoke to him first, saying, “What do you think, Simon? From whom do kings of the earth take toll or tax? From their sons or from others?”
Matt.17.27However, not to give offense to them, go to the sea and cast a hook and take the first fish that comes up, and when you open its mouth you will find a shekel. Take that and give it to them for me and for yourself.”
Matt.18.16But if he does not listen, take one or two others along with you, that every charge may be established by the evidence of two or three witnesses.
Matt.18.31When his fellow servants saw what had taken place, they were greatly distressed, and they went and reported to their master all that had taken place.
Matt.20.14Take what belongs to you and go. I choose to give to this last worker as I give to you.
Matt.20.17And as Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, he took the twelve disciples aside, and on the way he said to them,
Matt.21.4This took place to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet, saying,
Matt.21.21And Jesus answered them, “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen.
Matt.21.35And the tenants took his servants and beat one, killed another, and stoned another.
Matt.21.39And they took him and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him.
Matt.21.43Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people producing its fruits.
Matt.23.30saying, ‘If we had lived in the days of our fathers, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.’
Matt.24.6And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet.
Matt.24.17Let the one who is on the housetop not go down to take what is in his house,
Matt.24.18and let the one who is in the field not turn back to take his cloak.
Matt.24.34Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.
Matt.24.40Then two men will be in the field; one will be taken and one left.
Matt.24.41Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one left.
Matt.25.1“Then the kingdom of heaven will be ten virgins who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom.
Matt.25.3For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them,
Matt.25.4but the wise took flasks of oil with their lamps.
Matt.25.28So take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents.
Matt.25.29For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.
Matt.26.26Now as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and after blessing it broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is my body.”
Matt.26.27And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he gave it to them, saying, “Drink of it, all of you,
Matt.26.37And taking with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, he began to be sorrowful and troubled.
Matt.26.45Then he came to the disciples and said to them, “Sleep and take your rest later on. See, the hour is at hand, and the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
Matt.26.52Then Jesus said to him, “Put your sword back into its place. For all who take the sword will perish by the sword.
Matt.26.56But all this has taken place that the Scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled.” Then all the disciples left him and fled.
Matt.27.1When morning came, all the chief priests and the elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death.
Matt.27.6But the chief priests, taking the pieces of silver, said, “It is not lawful to put them into the treasury, since it is blood money.”
Matt.27.7So they took counsel and bought with them the potter’s field as a burial place for strangers.
Matt.27.9Then was fulfilled what had been spoken by the prophet Jeremiah, saying, “And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him on whom a price had been set by some of the sons of Israel,
Matt.27.24So when Pilate saw that he was gaining nothing, but rather that a riot was beginning, he took water and washed his hands before the crowd, saying, “I am innocent of this man’s blood; see to it yourselves.”
Matt.27.27Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the governor’s headquarters, and they gathered the whole battalion before him.
Matt.27.30And they spit on him and took the reed and struck him on the head.
Matt.27.48And one of them at once ran and took a sponge, filled it with sour wine, and put it on a reed and gave it to him to drink.
Matt.27.54When the centurion and those who were with him, keeping watch over Jesus, saw the earthquake and what took place, they were filled with awe and said, “Truly this was the Son of God!”
Matt.27.59And Joseph took the body and wrapped it in a clean linen shroud
Matt.28.9And behold, Jesus met them and said, “Greetings!” And they came up and took hold of his feet and worshiped him.
Matt.28.11While they were going, behold, some of the guard went into the city and told the chief priests all that had taken place.
Matt.28.12And when they had assembled with the elders and taken counsel, they gave a sufficient sum of money to the soldiers
Matt.28.15So they took the money and did as they were directed. And this story has been spread among the Jews to this day.
Mark.1.31And he came and took her by the hand and lifted her up, and the fever left her, and she began to serve them.
Mark.2.9Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Rise, take up your bed and walk’?
Mark.2.20The days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast in that day.
Mark.4.15And these are the ones along the path, where the word is sown: when they hear, Satan immediately comes and takes away the word that is sown in them.
Mark.4.25For to the one who has, more will be given, and from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.”
Mark.4.36And leaving the crowd, they took him with them in the boat, just as he was. And other boats were with him.
Mark.5.40And they laughed at him. But he put them all outside and took the child’s father and mother and those who were with him and went in where the child was.
Mark.5.41Taking her by the hand he said to her, “Talitha cumi,” which means, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.”
Mark.6.3Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary and brother of James and Joses and Judas and Simon? And are not his sisters here with us?” And they took offense at him.
Mark.6.8He charged them to take nothing for their journey except a staffno bread, no bag, no money in their belts
Mark.6.29When his disciples heard of it, they came and took his body and laid it in a tomb.
Mark.6.41And taking the five loaves and the two fish he looked up to heaven and said a blessing and broke the loaves and gave them to the disciples to set before the people. And he divided the two fish among them all.
Mark.6.43And they took up twelve baskets full of broken pieces and of the fish.
Mark.6.46And after he had taken leave of them, he went up on the mountain to pray.
Mark.6.50for they all saw him and were terrified. But immediately he spoke to them and said, “Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid.”
Mark.7.27And he said to her, “Let the children be fed first, for it is not right to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”
Mark.7.33And taking him aside from the crowd privately, he put his fingers into his ears, and after spitting touched his tongue.
Mark.8.6And he directed the crowd to sit down on the ground. And he took the seven loaves, and having given thanks, he broke them and gave them to his disciples to set before the people; and they set them before the crowd.
Mark.8.8And they ate and were satisfied. And they took up the broken pieces left over, seven baskets full.
Mark.8.19When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces did you take up?” They said to him, “Twelve.”
Mark.8.20“And the seven for the four thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces did you take up?” And they said to him, “Seven.”
Mark.8.23And he took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village, and when he had spit on his eyes and laid his hands on him, he asked him, “Do you see anything?”
Mark.8.32And he said this plainly. And Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him.
Mark.8.34And he called to him the crowd with his disciples and said to them, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and me.
Mark.9.2And after six days Jesus took with him Peter and James and John, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. And he was transfigured before them,
Mark.9.27But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him up, and he arose.
Mark.9.36And he took a child and put him in the midst of them, and taking him in his arms, he said to them,
Mark.10.16And he took them in his arms and blessed them, laying his hands on them.
Mark.10.32And they were on the road, going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was walking ahead of them. And they were amazed, and those who were afraid. And taking the twelve again, he began to tell them what was to happen to him,
Mark.10.49And Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.” And they called the blind man, saying to him, “Take heart. Get up; he is calling you.”
Mark.11.23Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.
Mark.12.3And they took him and beat him and sent him away empty-handed.
Mark.12.8And they took him and killed him and threw him out of the vineyard.
Mark.12.19Teacher, Moses wrote for us that if a man’s brother dies and leaves a wife, but leaves no child, the man must take the widow and raise up offspring for his brother.
Mark.12.20There were seven brothers; the first took a wife, and when he died left no offspring.
Mark.12.21And the second took her, and died, leaving no offspring. And the third likewise.
Mark.13.7And when you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. This must take place, but the end is not yet.

Mark.14.41And he came the third time and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and taking your rest? It is enough; the hour has come. The Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
Mark.15.23And they offered him wine mixed with myrrh, but he did not take it.
Mark.15.24And they crucified him and divided his garments among them, casting lots for them, to decide what each should take.
Mark.15.36And someone ran and filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on a reed and gave it to him to drink, saying, “Wait, let us see whether Elijah will come to take him down.”
Mark.15.43Joseph of Arimathea, a respected member of the Council, who was also himself looking for the kingdom of God, took courage and went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus.
Mark.15.46And Joseph bought a linen shroud, and taking him down, wrapped him in the linen shroud and laid him in a tomb that had been cut out of the rock. And he rolled a stone against the entrance of the tomb.
Mark.16.19So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.
Luke.1.20And behold, you will be silent and unable to speak until the day that these things take place, because you did not believe my words, which will be fulfilled in their time.”
Luke.1.25Thus the Lord has done for me in the days when he looked on me, to take away my reproach among people.”
Luke.2.28he took him up in his arms and blessed God and said,
Luke.4.5And the devil took him up and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time,
Luke.4.9And he took him to Jerusalem and set him on the pinnacle of the temple and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down from here,
Luke.5.5And Simon answered, “Master, we toiled all night and took nothing! But at your word I will let down the nets.”
Luke.5.9For he and all who were with him were astonished at the catch of fish that they had taken,
Luke.5.35The days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast in those days.”
Luke.6.4how he entered the house of God and took and ate the bread of the Presence, which is not lawful for any but the priests to eat, and also gave it to those with him?”
Luke.6.29To one who strikes you on the cheek, offer the other also, and from one who takes away your cloak do not withhold your tunic either.
Luke.6.30Give to everyone who begs from you, and from one who takes away your goods do not demand them back.
Luke.6.42How can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me take out the speck that is in your eye,’ when you yourself do not see the log that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the speck that is in your brother’s eye.
Luke.7.36One of the Pharisees asked him to eat with him, and he went into the Pharisee’s house and took his place at the table.
Luke.8.12The ones along the path are those who have heard. Then the devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts, so that they may not believe and be saved.
Luke.8.18Take care then how you hear, for to the one who has, more will be given, and from the one who has not, even what he thinks that he has will be taken away.”
Luke.8.54But taking her by the hand he called, saying, “Child, arise.”
Luke.9.3And he said to them, “Take nothing for your journey, no staff, nor bag, nor bread, nor money; and do not have two tunics.
Luke.9.10On their return the apostles told him all that they had done. And he took them and withdrew apart to a town called Bethsaida.
Luke.9.16And taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven and said a blessing over them. Then he broke the loaves and gave them to the disciples to set before the crowd.
Luke.9.23And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and me.
Luke.9.28Now about eight days after these sayings he took with him Peter and John and James and went up on the mountain to pray.
Luke.9.47But Jesus, knowing the reasoning of their hearts, took a child and put him by his side
Luke.9.51When the days drew near for him to be taken up, he set his face to go to Jerusalem.
Luke.10.34He went to him and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he set him on his own animal and brought him to an inn and took care of him.
Luke.10.35And the next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper, saying, ‘Take care of him, and whatever more you spend, I will repay you when I come back.’
Luke.10.42but one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen the good portion, which will not be taken away from her.”
Luke.11.22but when one stronger than he attacks him and overcomes him, he takes away his armor in which he trusted and divides his spoil.
Luke.11.52Woe to you lawyers! For you have taken away the key of knowledge. You did not enter yourselves, and you hindered those who were entering.”
Luke.12.15And he said to them, “Take care, and be on your guard against all covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.”
Luke.13.19It is a grain of mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his garden, and it grew and became a tree, and the birds of the air made nests in its branches.”
Luke.13.21It is leaven that a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, until it was all leavened.”
Luke.14.4But they remained silent. Then he took him and healed him and sent him away.
Luke.14.9and he who invited you both will come and say to you, ‘Give your place to this person,’ and then you will begin with shame to take the lowest place.
Luke.15.13Not many days later, the younger son gathered all he had and took a journey into a far country, and there he squandered his property in reckless living.
Luke.16.3And the manager said to himself, ‘What shall I do, since my master is taking the management away from me? I am not strong enough to dig, and I am ashamed to beg.
Luke.16.6He said, ‘A hundred measures of oil.’ He said to him, ‘Take your bill, and sit down quickly and write fifty.’
Luke.16.7Then he said to another, ‘And how much do you owe?’ He said, ‘A hundred measures of wheat.’ He said to him, ‘Take your bill, and write eighty.’
Luke.17.31On that day, let the one who is on the housetop, with his goods in the house, not come down to take them away, and likewise let the one who is in the field not turn back.
Luke.17.34I tell you, in that night there will be two in one bed. One will be taken and the other left.
Luke.17.35There will be two women grinding together. One will be taken and the other left.”
Luke.18.31And taking the twelve, he said to them, “See, we are going up to Jerusalem, and everything that is written about the Son of Man by the prophets will be accomplished.
Luke.19.21for I was afraid of you, because you are a severe man. You take what you did not deposit, and reap what you did not sow.’
Luke.19.22He said to him, ‘I will condemn you with your own words, you wicked servant! You knew that I was a severe man, taking what I did not deposit and reaping what I did not sow?
Luke.19.24And he said to those who stood by, ‘Take the mina from him, and give it to the one who has the ten minas.’
Luke.19.26‘I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.
Luke.20.28and they asked him a question, saying, “Teacher, Moses wrote for us that if a man’s brother dies, having a wife but no children, the man must take the widow and raise up offspring for his brother.
Luke.20.29Now there were seven brothers. The first took a wife, and died without children.
Luke.20.31and the third took her, and likewise all seven left no children and died.
Luke.21.7And they asked him, “Teacher, when will these things be, and what will be the sign when these things are about to take place?”
Luke.21.9And when you hear of wars and tumults, do not be terrified, for these things must first take place, but the end will not be at once.”
Luke.21.28Now when these things begin to take place, straighten up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”
Luke.21.31So also, when you see these things taking place, you know that the kingdom of God is near.
Luke.21.32Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all has taken place.
Luke.21.36But stay awake at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.”
Luke.22.17And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he said, “Take this, and divide it among yourselves.
Luke.22.19And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”
Luke.22.36He said to them, “But now let the one who has a moneybag take it, and likewise a knapsack. And let the one who has no sword sell his cloak and buy one.
Luke.23.47Now when the centurion saw what had taken place, he praised God, saying, “Certainly this man was innocent!”
Luke.23.48And all the crowds that had assembled for this spectacle, when they saw what had taken place, returned home beating their breasts.
Luke.23.53Then he took it down and wrapped it in a linen shroud and laid him in a tomb cut in stone, where no one had ever yet been laid.
Luke.24.1But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they went to the tomb, taking the spices they had prepared.
Luke.24.30When he was at table with them, he took the bread and blessed and broke it and gave it to them.
Luke.24.43and he took it and ate before them.
John.1.28These things took place in Bethany across the Jordan, where John was baptizing.
John.1.29The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!
John.2.8And he said to them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the feast.” So they took it.
John.2.16And he told those who sold the pigeons, “Take these things away; do not make my Father’s house a house of trade.”
John.2.20The Jews then said, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will you raise it up in three days?”
John.5.8Jesus said to him, “Get up, take up your bed, and walk.”
John.5.9And at once the man was healed, and he took up his bed and walked. Now that day was the Sabbath.
John.5.10So the Jews said to the man who had been healed, “It is the Sabbath, and it is not lawful for you to take up your bed.”
John.5.11But he answered them, “The man who healed me, that man said to me, ‘Take up your bed, and walk.’”
John.5.12They asked him, “Who is the man who said to you, ‘Take up your bed and walk’?”
John.6.11Jesus then took the loaves, and when he had given thanks, he distributed them to those who were seated. So also the fish, as much as they wanted.
John.6.15Perceiving then that they were about to come and take him by force to make him king, Jesus withdrew again to the mountain by himself.
John.6.21Then they were glad to take him into the boat, and immediately the boat was at the land to which they were going.
John.6.61But Jesus, knowing in himself that his disciples were grumbling about this, said to them, “Do you take offense at this?
John.10.17For this reason the Father loves me, because I lay down my life that I may take it up again.
John.10.18No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.”
John.10.22At that time the Feast of Dedication took place at Jerusalem. It was winter,
John.11.13Now Jesus had spoken of his death, but they thought that he meant taking rest in sleep.
John.11.39Jesus said, “Take away the stone.” Martha, the sister of the dead man, said to him, “Lord, by this time there will be an odor, for he has been dead four days.”
John.11.41So they took away the stone. And Jesus lifted up his eyes and said, “Father, I thank you that you have heard me.
John.11.48If we let him go on this, everyone will believe in him, and the Romans will come and take away both our place and our nation.”
John.12.3Mary therefore took a pound of expensive ointment made from pure nard, and anointed the feet of Jesus and wiped his feet with her hair. The house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.
John.12.13So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, crying out, “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, even the King of Israel!”
John.13.4rose from supper. He laid aside his outer garments, and taking a towel, tied it around his waist.
John.13.19I am telling you this now, before it takes place, that when it does take place you may believe that I am he.
John.13.27Then after he had taken the morsel, Satan entered into him. Jesus said to him, “What you are going to do, do quickly.”
John.14.3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.
John.14.29And now I have told you before it takes place, so that when it does take place you may believe.
John.15.2Every branch of mine that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
John.16.14He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you.
John.16.15All that the Father has is mine; therefore I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you.
John.16.22So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.

John.17.15I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one.
John.18.31Pilate said to them, “Take him yourselves and judge him by your own law.” The Jews said to him, “It is not lawful for us to put anyone to death.”
John.19.1Then Pilate took Jesus and flogged him.
John.19.6When the chief priests and the officers saw him, they cried out, “Crucify him, crucify him!” Pilate said to them, “Take him yourselves and crucify him, for I find no guilt in him.”
John.19.16So they took Jesus,
John.19.23When the soldiers had crucified Jesus, they took his garments and divided them into four parts, one part for each soldier; also his tunic. But the tunic was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom,
John.19.27Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother!” And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home.
John.19.31Since it was the day of Preparation, and so that the bodies would not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a high day), the Jews asked Pilate that their legs might be broken and that they might be taken away.
John.19.36For these things took place that the Scripture might be fulfilled: “Not one of his bones will be broken.”
John.19.38After these things Joseph of Arimathea, who was a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, asked Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus, and Pilate gave him permission. So he came and took away his body.
John.19.40So they took the body of Jesus and bound it in linen cloths with the spices, as is the burial custom of the Jews.
John.20.1Now on the first day of the week Mary Magdalene came to the tomb early, while it was still dark, and saw that the stone had been taken away from the tomb.
John.20.2So she ran and went to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved, and said to them, “They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have laid him.”
John.20.13They said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping?” She said to them, “They have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid him.”
John.20.15Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?” Supposing him to be the gardener, she said to him, “Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him away.”
John.21.13Jesus came and took the bread and gave it to them, and so with the fish.
Acts.1.2until the day when he was taken up, after he had given commands through the Holy Spirit to the apostles whom he had chosen.
Acts.1.9And when he had said these things, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight.
Acts.1.11and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.”
Acts.1.20“For it is written in the Book of Psalms, “ ‘ May his camp become desolate, and let there be no one to dwell in it’; and “ ‘ Let another take his office.’
Acts.1.22beginning from the baptism of John until the day when he was taken up from us—one of these men must become with us a witness to his resurrection.”
Acts.1.25to take the place in this ministry and apostleship from which Judas turned aside to go to his own place.”
Acts.3.7And he took him by the right hand and raised him up, and immediately his feet and ankles were made strong.
Acts.4.28to do whatever your hand and your plan had predestined to take place.
Acts.5.35And he said to them, “Men of Israel, take care what you are about to do with these men.
Acts.5.39but if it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow them. You might even be found opposing God!” So they took his advice,
Acts.7.33Then the Lord said to him, ‘Take off the sandals from your feet, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.
Acts.7.43You took up the tent of Moloch and the star of your god Rephan, the images that you made to worship; and I will send you into exile beyond Babylon.’
Acts.8.33In his humiliation justice was denied him. Who can describe his generation? For his life is taken away from the earth.”
Acts.9.25but his disciples took him by night and let him down through an opening in the wall, lowering him in a basket.
Acts.9.27But Barnabas took him and brought him to the apostles and declared to them how on the road he had seen the Lord, who spoke to him, and how at Damascus he had preached boldly in the name of Jesus.
Acts.9.39So Peter rose and went with them. And when he arrived, they took him to the upper room. All the widows stood beside him weeping and showing tunics and other garments that Dorcas made while she was with them.
Acts.10.16This happened three times, and the thing was taken up at once to heaven.
Acts.11.28And one of them named Agabus stood up and foretold by the Spirit that there would be a great famine over all the world (this took place in the days of Claudius).
Acts.12.21On an appointed day Herod put on his royal robes, took his seat upon the throne, and delivered an oration to them.
Acts.13.20All this took about 450 years. And after that he gave them judges until Samuel the prophet.
Acts.13.29And when they had carried out all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree and laid him in a tomb.
Acts.15.14Simeon has related how God first visited the Gentiles, to take from them a people for his name.
Acts.15.37Now Barnabas wanted to take with them John called Mark.
Acts.15.38But Paul thought best not to take with them one who had withdrawn from them in Pamphylia and had not gone with them to the work.
Acts.15.39And there arose a sharp disagreement, so that they separated from each other. Barnabas took Mark with him and sailed away to Cyprus,
Acts.16.3Paul wanted Timothy to accompany him, and he took him and circumcised him because of the Jews who were in those places, for they all knew that his father was a Greek.
Acts.16.33And he took them the same hour of the night and washed their wounds; and he was baptized at once, he and all his family.
Acts.16.37But Paul said to them, “They have beaten us publicly, uncondemned, men who are Roman citizens, and have thrown us into prison; and do they now throw us out secretly? No! Let them come themselves and take us out.”
Acts.16.39So they came and apologized to them. And they took them out and asked them to leave the city.
Acts.17.5But the Jews were jealous, and taking some wicked men of the rabble, they formed a mob, set the city in an uproar, and attacked the house of Jason, seeking to bring them out to the crowd.
Acts.17.9And when they had taken money as security from Jason and the rest, they let them go.
Acts.17.19And they took hold of him and brought him to the Areopagus, saying, “May we know what this new teaching is that you are presenting?
Acts.18.18After this, Paul stayed many days longer and then took leave of the brothers and set sail for Syria, and with him Priscilla and Aquila. At Cenchreae he had cut his hair, for he was under a vow.
Acts.18.21But on taking leave of them he said, “I will return to you if God wills,” and he set sail from Ephesus.
Acts.18.26He began to speak boldly in the synagogue, but when Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they took him and explained to him the way of God more accurately.
Acts.19.9But when some became stubborn and continued in unbelief, speaking evil of the Way before the congregation, he withdrew from them and took the disciples with him, reasoning daily in the hall of Tyrannus.
Acts.20.9And a young man named Eutychus, sitting at the window, sank into a deep sleep as Paul talked still longer. And being overcome by sleep, he fell down from the third story and was taken up dead.
Acts.20.10But Paul went down and bent over him, and taking him in his arms, said, “Do not be alarmed, for his life is in him.”
Acts.20.12And they took the youth away alive, and were not a little comforted.
Acts.20.13But going ahead to the ship, we set sail for Assos, intending to take Paul aboard there, for so he had arranged, intending himself to go by land.
Acts.20.14And when he met us at Assos, we took him on board and went to Mitylene.
Acts.21.11And coming to us, he took Paul’s belt and bound his own feet and hands and said, “Thus says the Holy Spirit, ‘This is how the Jews at Jerusalem will bind the man who owns this belt and deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.’ ”
Acts.21.24take these men and purify yourself along with them and pay their expenses, so that they may shave their heads. Thus all will know that there is nothing in what they have been told about you, but that you yourself also live in observance of the law.
Acts.21.26Then Paul took the men, and the next day he purified himself along with them and went into the temple, giving notice when the days of purification would be fulfilled and the offering presented for each one of them.
Acts.21.32He at once took soldiers and centurions and ran down to them. And when they saw the tribune and the soldiers, they stopped beating Paul.
Acts.22.5as the high priest and the whole council of elders can bear me witness. From them I received letters to the brothers, and I journeyed toward Damascus to take those also who were there and bring them in bonds to Jerusalem to be punished.
Acts.23.10And when the dissension became violent, the tribune, afraid that Paul would be torn to pieces by them, commanded the soldiers to go down and take him away from among them by force and bring him into the barracks.
Acts.23.11The night the Lord stood by him and said, “Take courage, for as you have testified to the facts about me in Jerusalem, so you must testify also in Rome.”
Acts.23.17Paul called one of the centurions and said, “Take this young man to the tribune, for he has something to tell him.”
Acts.23.18So he took him and brought him to the tribune and said, “Paul the prisoner called me and asked me to bring this young man to you, as he has something to say to you.”
Acts.23.19The tribune took him by the hand, and going aside asked him privately, “What is it that you have to tell me?”
Acts.23.31So the soldiers, according to their instructions, took Paul and brought him by night to Antipatris.
Acts.24.16So I always take pains to have a clear conscience toward both God and man.
Acts.25.6After he stayed among them not more than eight or ten days, he went down to Caesarea. And the next day he took his seat on the tribunal and ordered Paul to be brought.
Acts.25.17So when they came together here, I made no delay, but on the next day took my seat on the tribunal and ordered the man to be brought.
Acts.27.22Yet now I urge you to take heart, for there will be no loss of life among you, but only of the ship.
Acts.27.25So take heart, men, for I have faith in God that it will be exactly as I have been told.
Acts.27.28So they took a sounding and found twenty fathoms. A little farther on they took a sounding again and found fifteen fathoms.
Acts.27.33As day was about to dawn, Paul urged them all to take some food, saying, “Today is the fourteenth day that you have continued in suspense and without food, having taken nothing.
Acts.27.34Therefore I urge you to take some food. It will give you strength, for not a hair is to perish from the head of any of you.”
Acts.27.35And when he had said these things, he took bread, and giving thanks to God in the presence of all he broke it and began to eat.
Acts.28.9And when this had taken place, the rest of the people on the island who had diseases also came and were cured.
Acts.28.15And the brothers there, when they heard about us, came as far as the Forum of Appius and Three Taverns to meet us. On seeing them, Paul thanked God and took courage.
Rom.11.27“ and this will be my covenant with them when I take away their sins.”
1Cor.3.10According to the grace of God given to me, a skilled master builder I laid a foundation, and someone else is building upon it. Let each one take care how he builds upon it.
1Cor.6.15Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Never!
1Cor.8.9But take care that this right of yours does not somehow become a stumbling block to the weak.

Gal.5.10I have confidence in the Lord that you will take no other view than mine, and the one who is troubling you will bear the penalty, whoever he is.

Rev.6.4And out came another horse, bright red. Its rider was permitted to take peace from the earth, so that men should slay one another, and he was given a great sword.
Rev.8.5Then the angel took the censer and filled it with fire from the altar and threw it on the earth, and there were peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning, and an earthquake.
Rev.10.8Then the voice that I had heard from heaven spoke to me again, saying, “Go, take the scroll that is open in the hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land.”
Rev.10.9So I went to the angel and told him to give me the little scroll. And he said to me, “Take and eat it; it will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be sweet as honey.”
Rev.10.10And I took the little scroll from the hand of the angel and ate it. It was sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it my stomach was made bitter.
Rev.11.17saying, “ We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, who is and who was, for you have taken your great power and begun to reign.
Rev.13.10If anyone is to be taken captive, to captivity he goes; if anyone is to be slain with the sword, with the sword must he be slain. Here is a call for the endurance and faith of the saints.
Rev.18.4Then I heard another voice from heaven saying, “ Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins, lest you in her plagues;
Rev.18.21Then a mighty angel took up a stone a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying, “ So will Babylon the great city be thrown down with violence, and will be found no more;
Rev.22.6And he said to me, “These words are trustworthy and true. And the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent his angel to show his servants what must soon take place. ”
Rev.22.17The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.
Rev.22.19and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.
