Matt.20.1“For the kingdom of heaven is a master of a house who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard.
Matt.20.2After agreeing with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
Matt.20.4and to them he said, ‘You go into the vineyard too, and whatever is right I will give you.’
Matt.20.7They said to him, ‘Because no one has hired us.’ He said to them, ‘You go into the vineyard too.’
Matt.20.8And when evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, ‘Call the laborers and pay them their wages, beginning with the last, up to the first.’
Matt.21.28“What do you think? A man had two sons. And he went to the first and said, ‘Son, go and work in the vineyard today.’
Matt.21.33Hear another parable. There was a master of a house who planted a vineyard and put a fence around it and dug a winepress in it and built a tower and leased it to tenants, and went into another country.
Matt.21.39And they took him and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him.
Matt.21.40When therefore the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those tenants?”
Matt.21.41They said to him, “He will put those wretches to a miserable death and let out the vineyard to other tenants who will give him the fruits in their seasons.”
Mark.12.1And he began to speak to them in parables. “A man planted a vineyard and put a fence around it and dug a pit for the winepress and built a tower, and leased it to tenants and went into another country.
Mark.12.2When the season came, he sent a servant to the tenants to get from them some of the fruit of the vineyard.
Mark.12.8And they took him and killed him and threw him out of the vineyard.
Mark.12.9What will the owner of the vineyard do? He will come and destroy the tenants and give the vineyard to others.
Luke.13.6And he told this parable: “A man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it and found none.
Luke.20.9And he began to tell the people this parable: “A man planted a vineyard and let it out to tenants and went into another country for a long while.
Luke.20.10When the time came, he sent a servant to the tenants, so that they would give him some of the fruit of the vineyard. But the tenants beat him and sent him away empty-handed.
Luke.20.13Then the owner of the vineyard said, ‘What shall I do? I will send my beloved son; perhaps they will respect him.’
Luke.20.15And they threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. What then will the owner of the vineyard do to them?
Luke.20.16He will come and destroy those tenants and give the vineyard to others.” When they heard this, they said, “Surely not!”
1Cor.9.7Who serves as a soldier at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard without eating any of its fruit? Or who tends a flock without getting some of the milk?
