Matt.2.8And he sent them to Bethlehem, saying, “Go and search diligently for the child, and when you have found him, bring me word, that I too may come and worship him.”
Matt.4.4But he answered, “It is written, “ ‘ Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”
Matt.6.7“And when you pray, do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, for they think that they will be heard for their many words.
Matt.7.24Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be a wise man who built his house on the rock.
Matt.7.26And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be a foolish man who built his house on the sand.
Matt.8.8But the centurion replied, “Lord, I am not worthy to have you come under my roof, but only say the word, and my servant will be healed.
Matt.8.16That evening they brought to him many who were oppressed by demons, and he cast out the spirits with a word and healed all who were sick.
Matt.10.14And if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town.
Matt.11.2Now when John heard in prison about the deeds of the Christ, he sent word by his disciples
Matt.12.32And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.
Matt.12.36I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give for every careless word they speak,

Matt.13.19When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is what was sown along the path.
Matt.13.20As for what was sown on rocky ground, this is the one who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy,
Matt.13.21yet he has no root in himself, but endures for a while, and when tribulation or persecution arises on of the word, immediately he falls away.
Matt.13.22As for what was sown among thorns, this is the one who hears the word, but the cares of the world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and it proves unfruitful.
Matt.13.23As for what was sown on good soil, this is the one who hears the word and understands it. He indeed bears fruit and yields, in one case a hundredfold, in another sixty, and in another thirty.”
Matt.15.6he need not honor his father.’ So for the sake of your tradition you have made void the word of God.
Matt.15.23But he did not answer her a word. And his disciples came and begged him, saying, “Send her away, for she is crying out after us.”
Matt.22.46And no one was able to answer him a word, nor from that day did anyone dare to ask him any more questions.

Acts.5.24Now when the captain of the temple and the chief priests heard these words, they were greatly perplexed about them, wondering what this would come to.
Acts.6.2And the twelve summoned the full number of the disciples and said, “It is not right that we should give up preaching the word of God to serve tables.
Acts.6.4But we will devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the word.”
Acts.6.7And the word of God continued to increase, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests became obedient to the faith.
Acts.6.11Then they secretly instigated men who said, “We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses and God.”
Acts.6.13and they set up false witnesses who said, “This man never ceases to speak words against this holy place and the law,
Acts.7.22And Moses was instructed in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and he was mighty in his words and deeds.
Acts.8.4Now those who were scattered went about preaching the word.
Acts.8.14Now when the apostles at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent to them Peter and John,
Acts.8.25Now when they had testified and spoken the word of the Lord, they returned to Jerusalem, preaching the gospel to many villages of the Samaritans.
Acts.10.36As for the word that he sent to Israel, preaching good news of peace through Jesus Christ (he is Lord of all),

Acts.13.15After the reading from the Law and the Prophets, the rulers of the synagogue sent a message to them, saying, “Brothers, if you have any word of exhortation for the people, say it.”
Acts.13.44The next Sabbath almost the whole city gathered to hear the word of the Lord.
Acts.13.46And Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly, saying, “It was necessary that the word of God be spoken first to you. Since you thrust it aside and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we are turning to the Gentiles.
Acts.13.48And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord, and as many as were appointed to eternal life believed.
Acts.13.49And the word of the Lord was spreading throughout the whole region.
Acts.14.3So they remained for a long time, speaking boldly for the Lord, who bore witness to the word of his grace, granting signs and wonders to be done by their hands.
Acts.14.18Even with these words they scarcely restrained the people from offering sacrifice to them.
Acts.14.25And when they had spoken the word in Perga, they went down to Attalia,
Acts.15.7And after there had been much debate, Peter stood up and said to them, “Brothers, you know that in the early days God made a choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe.

Acts.15.36And after some days Paul said to Barnabas, “Let us return and visit the brothers in every city where we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they are.”
Acts.16.6And they went through the region of Phrygia and Galatia, having been forbidden by the Holy Spirit to speak the word in Asia.
Acts.16.32And they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house.
Acts.16.36And the jailer reported these words to Paul, saying, “The magistrates have sent to let you go. Therefore come out now and go in peace.”
Acts.16.38The police reported these words to the magistrates, and they were afraid when they heard that they were Roman citizens.
Acts.17.11Now these Jews were more noble than those in Thessalonica; they received the word with all eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so.
Acts.17.13But when the Jews from Thessalonica learned that the word of God was proclaimed by Paul at Berea also, they came there too, agitating and stirring up the crowds.
Acts.18.5When Silas and Timothy arrived from Macedonia, Paul was occupied with the word, testifying to the Jews that the Christ was Jesus.
Acts.18.11And he stayed a year and six months, teaching the word of God among them.
Acts.18.15But since it is a matter of questions about words and names and your own law, see to it yourselves. I refuse to be a judge of these things.”

1Cor.1.17For Christ did not send me to baptize but to preach the gospel, and not with words of eloquent wisdom, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power.

2Tim.2.9for which I am suffering, bound with chains as a criminal. But the word of God is not bound!
2Tim.2.14Remind them of these things, and charge them before God not to quarrel about words, which does no good, but only ruins the hearers.
2Tim.2.15Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.
2Tim.4.2preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching.
Titus.1.3and at the proper time manifested in his word through the preaching with which I have been entrusted by the command of God our Savior;

Rev.22.18I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book,
Rev.22.19and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.
